Force Live? #755

Anyway to force the stream to be live? I planned to use this as baby monitor but after an hour or so the stream is several minutes behind, which isn’t very practical. I’d prefer if it dropped frames to keep the stream more 'live' if that makes sense?

WebRTC mode will always be live
