Added Contact Form & finished the mobile version:

In this milestone:

I created the contact and finish the mobile version of my portfolio
Used flexbox and grid to layout the element
Connect the form to Collect data by using the Formspree service.
Corrected the linter errors
Updated the code for responsiveness
