MineFactory Reloaded currently only has the Ender IO recipes enabled. Now that MFR is fully functional again, I would like to suggest enabling the Thermal Expansion recipes for MFR machines, alongside the Ender IO recipes. This way, people aren't necessarily forced into using Ender IO solely for the MFR machines.
In config/powercrystals/minefactoryreloaded/common.cfg, the B:ThermalExpansion option should be set to true.
