Unfortunately, it seems like there are no Forge builds of it available for 1.16 as of yet, only Fabric. Shame, I would have loved to see it in this pack as well as someone who greatly prefers AE2 over RS.
As for another recommendation, Redstone Arsenal has also been updated to 1.16 since January now. Maybe some people would still find it to be useful addition to the pack for some of the RF-powered equivalents of the newer tools like elytras.
EDIT: Turns out there is already a Forge back-port of AE2WT for 1.16.x courtesy of tfarecnim, available here. How about it, then?

Some of you from the ye olden 1.7.10 days may remember the TARDIS Mod from the CrazyCraft modpack, a technology mod that added a pocket dimension which acted as a portable base for all your RF/FE energy, fluid and item piping needs.
It was huge yet detailed, complex yet intuitive, insanely powerful if configured right and loads of fun, even if you didn't know much about the Doctor Who show it was based off!
Unfortunately, DarkholmeTenk, the original mod's author, never ported the mod beyond 1.7.10. I was disappointed that we may not see a mod of a similar scope again.
Since then, the New TARDIS Mod has reimagined the original mod for modern versions by a good friend of mine. After our mod come out of the alpha testing stage, many of our users often ask us to recommend a fun and well made modpack containing this mod.
So far I can only recommend some smaller modpacks which are not always as well balanced or optimised as ATM is.
From the beginning we've designed the New TARDIS Mod to be played in modpacks and would be eager to learn more about the Modded Minecraft world, especially with access to a larger feedback pool.
Therefore, I have decided to suggest the mod here and see what you all think. :)
If there is a rectifiable reason for not including New TARDIS Mod, please let me know, so that the development team can consider if we can/want to address the issue. If you think that it just doesn't fit into the modpack that's perfectly fine as well.

Going back to AE2 addons, PackagedAuto might be handy to have for people looking to automate things like the ATM Star, unless there just aren't that many more recipes in the pack that require more than 9 different items to fulfil.
Not sure if this is the place to request an update to a mod, but the current version of RFTools Control in the pack has a bug which breaks nodes. I believe the latest version fixes this issue. I'm not aware of how often mod updates are done in the pack, but I'm hoping this gets fixed soon, as my RFTools automation is broken until this gets updated (I'm on a server, can't just download the latest version).

Masterful Machinery. It adds lots of automation, designed after Modular Machinery. I want this because the smithing table in ATM6 is not automatable. This would help with numerous things, including automating the ATM star without bees. Like it says on the mod page, it definitely helps with filling the automation gaps between mods. It is regularly updated as well.
Vanilla spiders are not yet creepy enough for you? You wish spiders would actually climb properly?! Spiders 2.0 enables regular spiders and cave spiders to walk along walls and ceilings and it also improves their AI such that they can find their way around almost any obstacle.
could we add Upgrade Aquatic fish to the forge dictionary? I believe it currently exists as forge:rawfish.

Unfortunately RS only has API support for Open Computers. This mod adds it's own integration of that API which supports CC: Tweaked. I'd love to be able to automate the expansion of my RS system by programmatically determining when drives are full and more need to be added.

For quite some time I've been using Refined Storage to handle and store all my items. I got a bit annoyed that I had to store any cookable items in the Cooking for Blockheads kitchen multiblock instead of the RS network if I wanted to cook something.
Enter Refined Cooking, where I can consume any items for recipes directly from RS network instead of storing the items in the CFB cabinets or counters.
If you use RS and CFB heavily, you'll absolutely love this mod
