Errors in currently selected datapacks- won't let me load into singleplayer world

I have installed a fresh version of ATM7-0.4.34 as of 10/24. For some odd reason the modpack won't let me load into the world. When I look at the datapacks (mods), it shows that their versions are for an older set of minecraft. I saw in an earlier post that changing the forge version might work, but that didn't seem to have work. I was also reading that the "pack.mcmeta" data needed to match with the mods. When opening the file, the default version is set to 5. I'm unsure if minecraft uses the same values as the mods as it seems that resourcepacks use a different set of values to determine which version of minecraft its built for. I messed around with the values but I'm still getting the same error. A large majority of the mods in the modpack shows that they were made for older versions despite being 1.18 mods. I'm stumped. Any ideas?

Safe mode also does not work. When clicked, minecraft waits for a few minutes to respond but then just sends me back to the choices of Safe Mode or Title Screen.

You are looking at resource packs, not datapacks, that's all irrelevant to this error. Please post your latest.log.
