mekanism:dust_lithium unobtainable #758

I am unable to obtain lithium dust. JEI only sows lithium dust to lithium liquid and vice versa but there seems to be no ore or anything.

Maybe you shouldn't hesitate to explore more in JEI Water -> [Thermal Evaporation Plant] -> Brine -> [Thermal Evaporation Plant] -> Liquid Lithium -> [Rotary Condensentrator] -> Lithium -> [Chemical Crystallizer] -> Lithium Dust
