[Bug]: Industrial Foregoing recipes that use the Addon 12+ Range are bugged. #1834

What happened?

I made an Addon 12+ Range, one of the components for the infinity nuke. It seems not to be working. The recipe for the infinity nuke says I have every item right except the addon 12+. This is weird because I have the addon 12+, but the infinity nuke still can't be crafted for some reason. I looked a little more into this and from what I noticed. The addon 12+ range you make has NBT data. The one used in the recipe doesn't work have any NBT data. This isn't just the infinity nuke, it's the same for the other infinity items. (Except for the backpack because the recipe for the backpack doesn't use the addon 12+ range in it's recipe.)
