1 year ago The "BrainObservatoryCache" points you to the "Visual Coding" dataset which contains responses to a diverse set of visual stimuli across different parts of the visual cortex and 14 different transgenically-defined cell types. The "VisualBehaviorOphysProjectCache" points you to the "Visual Behavior" dataset which contains responses during a visual change detection behavior across several visual cortical areas and a handful of cell types. what is the differences between "BrainObservatoryCache" dataset and "VisualBehaviorOphysProjectCache" dataset ?
I want to work with visual stimuli and brain cells responses. Which dataset is best to work with? What is the difference between these two data sets?
