With the exception of the Deep Generative Mapping algorithm for the SEA-AD taxonomy, which points to a different code base, yes: this is the backend of MapMyCells

In case you were wondering, this page explains how to run the online mappings provided by MapMyCells locally using this repository. It also points to the data files you need to run this code with the MapMyCells-supported taxonomies.
