All `default_qc=True` in `postprocessed/quality_metrics.csv` #3

Since the pipeline version started running, all values have become True. Are the units with False values being filtered out?

Hi Ben. No it is the same as the old capsule. Can you point me to a result asset where this happened? I haven't noticed in in other datasets produced by the pipeline.

Also note that the default_qc is not part of the quality_metrics.csv
