Add endpoint to map from LAS sharepoint NSP

User story

As a user, I want to extract data from LAS sharepoint (NSP = Non-surgical procedures)

Acceptance criteria

• [x] Given sharepoint permissions, parse sharepoint schemas
• [x] Given sharepoint models, generate mappings
• [x] Given a mouse ID, generate basic procedures model
• [x] Given client id and secret that can be used for both sites, update sharepoint client
