approval of pending language requests

While working as term editor, I added myself a language for editing - fron 
Preferences. Then logged out and in again as Administrator, with the idea of 
approving my request. However, in the window Administrator -> User, there is no 
indication of the language pending. So I only new about the request because I 
mylsef did it, and because of the email notification.

It would be clearer to have indication of what language requests are pending 
also in the Admin box. 

What steps will reproduce the problem?

In the admin box, after you click + button to add pending language, there is 
option at the bottom to check to show all the non assigned language or only 
show requested language.
