Validation of one telugu concept #557

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have added traslation to 'cooking oils' in Apr 2011. 

2.In the current version 1.3 still it is in pink colour(proposed status)

3. I checked in the yet to be validation list in 1.3 and production server 
also, but I didnt't find this concept. Even in production server it's status is 
proposed only

4. Strangly on the left side (concept list) it is in ble colour, but when I 
click on the concept on right side window it is in pink colour. Please find the 
screenshot.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The status should be changed

Please ignore the version 1.3 (Development) as only the ontology was copied 
from production and not the validation list.

Please check the validation list of the production server now.

The left side (concept list) is in blue color because the concept status is 
published, but term in the right side window is in pink colour because the term 
status is proposed. Left side shows the list of concepts and its color is based 
on concept status whereas on right side, it shows the list of terms and its 
color depends on term's status.

Please report, if there is any other issues like this.

Telugu term validated, and it appears as published in production version.
