Lower SE corner of house has water damage outside and inside the siding slats most possibly from the water overflowing from rain gutter drainage pipes because they have not been properly cleaned.
The lower 6 siding slats have been removed. Water rot can be found behind these siding slats in that proximity. I've been instructed to take off the horizontal slats and the vertical corner bead up until the horizontal feature slat below the Stars to check for further water damage. IF there is more water damage we must tear it out and replace (would be best to include paper as well)
On the NE corner we are instructed to cut out a section and have a look at what kind of water damage may exist behind the lower slats. If there exists more rotten boards we must tear it out as well and replace it.
