Cannot download notifications #388

Describe the bug Cannot download notifications in Android 31+.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Notifications screen
  2. Swipe down to download new notifications

Expected behavior Notifications can be downloaded successfully.
