Anbox fails to run due to missing libcpu_features.so #1

journalctl output:

Jul 16 16:41:19 gentoo systemd[1]: Started Anbox Container Manager.
Jul 16 16:41:19 gentoo anbox[7013]: /usr/bin/anbox: error while loading shared libraries: libcpu_features.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Jul 16 16:41:19 gentoo systemd[1]: anbox-container-manager.service: Main process exited, code=exited, status=127/n/a
Jul 16 16:41:19 gentoo systemd[1]: anbox-container-manager.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'.

I think it's more likely to be an issue with the ebuild than an issue with anbox itself.

Dependency to cpu_features added f6c7fdd7611b043dc988f30cbefcf373591c5edf
