Add tooltip for Account Username (ENS) leading to FAQ about it #563

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There is no info on the platform that the Account Username (ENS username) is optional - some platform users think they need to set it to use the platform

Describe the solution you'd like I've now added it to the FAQ so we would appreciate a tooltip either on the button 'Set Account Username' or where it says 'Username not set' under the account ID leading the users to: https://help.adex.network/hc/en-us/articles/360017777100-What-is-an-Account-Username-and-how-to-set-it- (let me know which one you wanna go for if you need help with the actual text)

Describe alternatives you've considered Just leaving in FAQ but the users are derps - so best to have it linked on platform.

As discussed with Paunov:

Validation will return error message: Invalid username: can contain only lower case latin letters (a-z) and digits (0-9)

Tooltip will read: Read more about ENS usernames here
