Auto-generate a PDF (whitepaper) from this adex-protocol AdExNetwork/Marketing#249

after this is merged it can be created a Github page pointing directly to the root

For printing to be correct use Margins None and no header/footer from print preview options (Chrome)

Mozilla needs to disable header/footer in about:config

Custom page breaks have been added to the README
Added table of contents
Fixed numbered list
