AGP Auto Upgrade is blocked #504

Describe the issue ADS is suggesting we update to a more recent Android Gradle Plugin version (currently 7.4.2) Using the Automatically Upgrade option in ADS reveals an error

To Reproduce

  1. Lauch ADS
  2. Open the Project
  3. If the prompt to upgrade doesn't appear, use Tools>AGP Upgrade Assistant...

Expected behavior Upgrade steps should complete

Using iOS M3, Sierra ADS Jellyfish 2023.3.1 Patch 1 (latest at this time)

Additional context Does not seem to impair building but looks like it could in the future
