I've edited the code to parse out Before and After instances. It does this rather naively at the moment. Note that we are not getting a lot of what seem to be false positives, BUT I checked all of these and I think they should be True Positives. I think the annotators just missed them. I am going to send in a question about it on the Google Groups.
