AMPM-Of-Day not linked with Hour-Of-Day #37

We are getting most of the Hour-Of-Day entity spans, but are not setting the AMPM-Of-Day link. I'm thinking this is because I forgot to include those in the sub-interval linking method.

This is because I never added it to the sub-interval linking!
