Numbers can be marked as Period entities #64

There are many instances where a number is marked as a period. I think there may be enough to identify these numbers using ML. Here are some examples: “in patients older than 65. Based on this” "stomach cancer" in her 80s.” “father-died at age 94 secondary to unknown” “mother-died at age 64 secondary to a stroke.” “his senior age of 79. In this setting” “had brain cancer in his 50s and another nephew“

I think we can catch the "80s" format easily, but I'm not sure about the others. There seems to be a lot of formats like "at age X", so maybe we can easily identify these with rules.
