In-game purchases say they are under maintenance, still get charged. #292

  1. Does the bug happen 100% of the time? No.

  4. Is it level-specific? Not sure, only know that MarketplaceService claims ROBLOX is under maintenenance.
  5. Would a screenshot or video help describe it to someone? If so, post one. N/A
  6. For graphics bugs, it is sometimes helpful to know your system specs, especially graphics card. N/A
  7. When did the bug start happening? If we can tie it to a specific release that helps us figure out what we broke. Estimated: 4:35 PM 4/26/2014
  8. Anything else that you would want to know about the bug if it were your job to find and fix it.

Is it possible to get a refund on my Robux... Even though it said I wouldn't be charged, I still was, and the in-game purchase wasn't "successful".

I suggest using RBXDev's Bug Reports forum for this kind of format.

Oh, sorry. I thought it would potentially help speed up the process. I didn't know the format was intended for RBXDev. Again, sorry.
