Incomplete Installation Guide: Missing Setup Instructions for Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Solana CLI

While trying to set up the Pay3 repository, I noticed that the "Getting Started" section in the README lacks detailed instructions for installing and configuring some essential dependencies. Specifically, the installation guide does not include:

Providing these details would greatly improve the experience for new contributors and users setting up the project for the first time.
