Wrong calculation of label F1 scores in multi-label setup #220

When using Meka classification (multi-label setup), the F1s for the individual 
labels written by WekaClassificationReport are all identical (returning an 
average instead of the score for an individual label).

This issue is also present in the 0.6.0-release.
