Layout Error #9

Hi,

I've installed this plugin in the Screwturn Wiki version 3.0.4.560 and it's not 
working. I'm not seeing the pictures, background-colors and borders. I think it 
has something to do with the way our wiki is set up, because on another wiki I 
have it is working. The wiki where it isn't working has a webaddress like 
http://myhosting.nl/wiki where the webaddress of the wiki where it is working 
is http://wiki.myhosting.nl. Has anyone else has this problem?

p.s. I've looked at the source of the page and saw that the html your plugin 
generates has a minor flaw. You're missing a '>' by an end tag of a table cell. 
See source below, it is the end tag right below 'Tip'
