script does not work on ie9 it is not compatible #105

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. script doesn't work on ie9
2. on click event does not invoke
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
basic functionality is expected output but it does not work

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IE9 VISTA7
