Allow for multiple Morph dict to make Open Hebrew bible (OHB) module to work #2443

One of the modules we are missing in Andbible is a Bible with Hebrew morphology, I have modified and adapted a workable OHB module with a proper associated morphology dictionary. We need to remove the Robinson only morph dict from the setting and look within the module for morph lookup.
