Implement PCA #11

Do dimensionality reduction with PCA. Visualize this in some way. Look for patterns, what is working what is not ie does some reduction not give any answer/make it easier to classify data.

[x] PCA/normalization: Change the code to fit the report (background). We currently do feature normalization as it worked better initially. Fix it to work without it or find out why i doesn't and describe that in the report.
[x] Update figures in report to reflect changes from the item above
[x] Separation of test and training
