I have just added a pull request that adds oculus touch support to freepie

Was hoping to use the Rift S controllers but it looks like this was never merged…

I dont have a Rift up and running so I can test this. Someone needs to verify pull.

I do have Rift S but I know nothing about FreePIE. I'm no even sure what it can and cannot do TBH... sort of already decided to go my own way I'm afraid.
