Alpha API: Port existing essential features as API endpoints

To get started with the roadmap for v2.0, the alpha state of the API needs to meet the following criteria:

• [x] Get possible cocktails
• [x] Prepare cocktail with parameters for amount, concentration, virgin mode
• [x] Renew and manage bottles (get/set)
• [ ] Get option values
