Plant notifications #14

We already have the plant data in Home Assistant. Set up alerts based on humidity, nutrition and sun light.

For example, if humidity is low, tell to water. If humidity is low AND nutrition is low, one alert for watering WITH added nutrients. If sunlight is low for a long time, move the damn plant!
