Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Changes to perla.jsonc are not being picked up while serve is running. I think Vite does this and it is a nice experience to restart the whole thing.
Describe the solution you'd like When perla.jsonc is modified the perla serve the server should stop and perla serve should be fired again
