[ENHANCEMENT] Separate RTSP / RTMP Feed in WebUI for 3rd party Cameras #129

Add the ability to add a secondary camera (main/backup feeds) for Enclosure, Nozzle Cams, and similar mods where the camera is able to provide a on-network RTSP / RTMP feed.

I'm guessing this would be relatively simple as the UI can already display / pull the M5's onboard camera feed.
