[Feature]: possible to add a toggle feature to the hover labels? #599

Description

pretty much what the title says, i use another mod (hover labels on nexus) that has more detailed labels when you hover over say a plant or a tree and it would just be nice to be able to toggle the labels on and off, as the ui info suite label covers up the other label.

You can disable crop/tree labels by turning off "Show crop and barrel times" in UI info suite options found in your inventory(hammer icon)
