Add new feature of ShowItemEffectRanges. #625

  1. When the mouse is over an item, press leftCtrl to show only that range, and press both leftCtrl and leftAlt to show the full range.
  2. Display overlapping ranges of multiple devices, but only overlaps of the current item range are shown And replace it with another color.

Hi @wulingxuan, this PR needed manual resolving, so I've cherry-picked it into #627 for my general 1.6.9 updates. Thank you very much for the contribution!
