Looking for package maintainers

If it wasn't obvious already, due to global and personal circumstances, I am no longer able to maintain these packages at a reasonable level. I plan on possibly unlisting some of these, definitely removing my name from the maintainers list, and deleting or archiving this repository.

Hi @AnthonyMastrean, I'm happy to take over Ghidra package maintenance. Thanks for your hard work making these packages available up to now.

I created the repo on my GH and will set up CI once I can push to Chocolatey.

I would be happy to pick up a number of these for ongoing maintenance as they align with my interests/usage of Chocolatey.

Just for clarity how would you like these handled once they are migrated across, specifically:

1. Would you like to stay on the packages as a maintainer or be removed; and
2. Would you like pull requests removing the code from your repository once the migration has been done

@AnthonyMastrean I have just been through a series of maintainer requests, and I have added @dgalbraith as a maintainer of the above packages. I have left you as a maintainer on the packages, leaving you to decide whether you want to remove yourself from the package.

@AnthonyMastrean I have now migrated the package source/history to dgalbraith/chocolatey-packages for the packages that I am picking up.

I am tracking the migration under dgalbraith/chocolatey-packages/issues/181 and will mark them off as they are addressed.

A few points to note around the packages that I initially requested to take over:

• goggalaxy has been picked up by @AeliusSaionji / LinkSatonaka
• pmd has been picked up by @TakataSanshiro / Sanshiro
• there is no package source in your repository for imagej - I will reconstruct this
• @gep13 has added me as a maintainer for all of the rest and I am working through now

If you want to get the package into the chocolatey-community and publish updates from there, I'm sure you could guide that process.

Is there any news about bind-toolsonly? We need the update urgently, the current version didn't work on the latest Windows anymore.

@zippy1981 and @pauby are currently listed as the package maintainers for the package so I would suggest reaching out via the contact maintainers link on the package page.

@ExE-Boss has also generated a patch to update in PR#1598 if you are in a position to patch locally this may be an option.
