fix build issue #46

I forgot to include this fix for the build issue that came from the updated dependencies from last PR. It just replaces the deprecated rollup-plugin-terser with @rollup/plugin-terser. Thanks for making Luge! ❤️

There were some conflicts so I manually integrated that on master branch. Anyway we'll change the bundler on the next version https://github.com/AntoineW/luge/tree/1.0.0-rc.1
