1 year ago It could be that the name of that flag has changed and hasn’t been updated in the documentation. Have a look at the script’s help function “find_targetcontigs --h” to see what the correct spelling of this flag is (could be that the dash(-) has changed to an underscore() or something, I can’t remember right now).
