Update Template.mod with better samples and simple beat #6

Redone samples and song tweaks

Kizul on GBStudio discord took it upon themselves to redo the samples used in template.mod

Samples were recorded in BGB, are now in tune, cut to length, and renamed. I later added a noise channel beat and some tweaks to the track.

I notice that these samples seem to have a buzz to them. Or at least, the pulse wave samples do.
