Electromagentic Pulse (EMP) + Air unit Landing + Rebalance #5017

Describe the content or mechanics you are proposing.

first, a turret or unit weapon that would disable or cause confusion (make them fro your team) to some units that operate on electricity (like units with arc or beam capabilities or flying units like helicopters)

second, some spicific air units can land on spicific floors or on spicifc blocks other than payload or upgrading or disassembling blocks (maybe a new block?) this would make the unit stationary and limit most of actions like attacking (mostly because some weapons seem to be on top of the unit) or limit bulding (not sure)

third, rebalance air units so they cant attack ground units very close (since weapons seem to be on top and bullets cant go through the unit itself)

Describe how you think this content will improve the game. If you're proposing new content, mention how it may add more gameplay options or how it will fill a new niche.

first suggestion would make electric weapons more useful and op, most of them dont have much effect, i know there are two effect called electrified and shocked but they just damage or slow down units. not cool

second feature would make game more balanced. some ground units can fly why shouldnt flying units be able to land?

Before making this issue, check the boxes below to confirm that you have acknowledged them.

Landing might be a bad idea since its not useful, but what if units had a fuel system and could refuel themselves with a new block?

or a way to bypass air attacking turrets for some time (i know this might look OP but grount attacking turrets can do the job)
