Fixed a bug that caused MBSync console commands to not work
Fixed a MBSync bug that caused unix timestamps to be not accurate
Implemented a feature to add users that never joined before
Fixed a bug that caused the allserver rank to not overwrite the local server rank
Updated readme with the MBSync console commands
