Adding optional integration with blizzy's toolbar mod #51

I've added automatic use of Blizzy's toolbar mod when it is available (if his mod is not installed then the stock toolbar is used). Users without Blizzy's toolbar mod will see no change.

Note that his toolbar requires 24x24 icons (it doesn't automatically scale down larger ones), so I've added configuration for a smaller icon file, but I didn't add an actual image to the repository since the current icon isn't in the repository either.
