Move transdecoder files to output after creation #4

Transdecoder by default dumps the final output files into the current directory, regardless of output folder settings. Should figure out how to change this behavior using TransDecoder or just mv the files to the output folder.

This is now fixed - after running TransDecoder, we use subprocess.run to mv files to the correct path from where they end up (in the same directory as the download script) to the proper folder in output/
