1 year ago - Make sure that the MultiQC html file is attached to the email, or a that a link to it is included.
- State that documentation for interpreting the the multiqc output is included inlines, and point to a slack channel for Arcadians to ask questions
- Integrate email template into the pipeline/tower/cron job.
