Admin panel and auth wiring (see comments) #77

Adding an auth panel (PLUS the backend work to ensure that there's verification there too) Wrapping components in the authwrapper Backend work to make sure that users can't do anything to anyone else's patterns (other than admin ofc)

These issues are adressed, adding more specific tickets for the other things I'd like to see in the admin side
