Publish controll - send animation/clipping plane again #140

Condition:

  1. A scenario that uses a reference with animation/clipping (works)
  2. Then another scenario is loaded with other reference for example turning of the clipping
  3. When going back to 1. the animation/clipping is not displayed again, it seems like its not send again/activated.

this is an issue for one time animations that sometimes have to be displayed again durring a presentation.

Ah yes, visible only shows/hide content. It does not retrigger. (I think) I will investigate.
