Describe the bug Do not scroll to the top when deleting parameters in parameter editor

To Reproduce Delete a parameter at the bottom of a long list of parameters

Expected behavior The parameter disappears and the unchanged parameters remain in their place (no scroll to the top)

@yuri-rage this should be fixed in 0.9.8. Please do test it once it is released
