QuadPlane needs a Basic Tuning page. #1305

Its quite difficult to tune a QuadPlane. It would be a great help if the key parameters were nicely laid out like they are for fixed wing and copter, so one doesn't have to dig through the Full Parameters page to find what is sought. I propose that, if Q_Enable = 1, then the Basic Tuning page will display an additional parameter grid under the existing Plane one.

Hi, Any updates on this? It would definitely be useful.

@iskess @meee1 - Do you have any idea whether the PID settings for QuadPlane are derived from the Copter and Plane ones, respectively for VTOL and fixed wing flight modes? Or if ONLY the Q_ PID-related settings apply and for both VTOL and fixed wing?
