A recent problem I've had is that when you die you can't spectate anyone, you're stuck looking at your dead body. I've known it as a bug on another server but it was very rare. However, on my server, it happens every time and I don't know how to fix it. The only conflicting addon I could think of that might be a problem would be that I have the ghost addon so people can do !ghost.
